This policy explains how refund requests are handled by Prime Driving Classes.
Refund eligibility depends on the package purchased, lessons completed, notice provided, and the reason for the request.
Completed lessons are not refundable.
If a student has paid for a package and has unused lessons, Prime Driving Classes may review the request and determine whether a partial refund, credit, or rescheduling option is available.
Lessons missed due to no-show or late cancellation may not be refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed using an agreed payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Refunds are not provided because a student does not pass a road test. Prime Driving Classes provides training and preparation, but road test outcomes are determined by the examiner and the student's performance.
