By using the Prime Driving Classes website or booking a lesson with us, you agree to the following terms.
Prime Driving Classes provides driving lessons, road test preparation, refresher lessons, and related driver education services in St. John's, Mount Pearl, Paradise, CBS, and surrounding areas where available.
Submitting a booking form does not guarantee a confirmed lesson time. A lesson is confirmed only after Prime Driving Classes contacts you and confirms the schedule, package, instructor availability, and any required payment.
Students are responsible for:
Pickup and drop-off may be available in St. John's, Mount Pearl, Paradise, CBS, and selected surrounding areas. Availability may depend on schedule, distance, weather, and instructor availability.
Lessons may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather, road conditions, vehicle issues, instructor availability, or other safety concerns. Prime Driving Classes reserves the right to postpone or cancel a lesson when safety may be affected.
We try to keep website information accurate and updated. However, pricing, availability, packages, policies, and service areas may change. Please contact us directly to confirm current details.
Prime Driving Classes provides training and preparation, but we do not guarantee that any student will pass a road test. Road test results are determined by the examiner and the student's performance on test day.
Prime Driving Classes is not responsible for indirect losses, missed appointments, failed tests, third-party booking issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
